What happened

The tenants must pay the landlord $15,303.56, which includes the rent arrears up to January 24, 2022 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The tenants must also pay $85.32 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 25, 2022 until they move out.
