What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $2,362.72 by February 19, 2023. If not paid, Tenants must move out by February 19, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenants $1,607.85 from the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $54.40 per day for compensation starting January 19, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
