What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenant to compensate the Landlord for the damage and claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The request to review order EAL-61905-16-RV issued on June 29, 2017 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
