The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,984.74, which represents arrears to August 26, 2020 ($10,794.74) and the application filing fee ($190.00) less the rent deposit held by the Landlord. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by December 11, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
