What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of October 31, 2022.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must move out by January 24, 2023. If not vacated by then, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting January 25, 2023. The eviction part of the order expires on July 25, 2023, if not filed with the Sheriff by that date.
