What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 12, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the arrears. The Landlord is authorized to offset $38.49 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting February 2, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
