Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 29, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by May 28, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting May 29, 2021.
