What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants were in possession of the rental unit on the date the application was filed, but did not pay the full rent for the period from July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $82.65 in outstanding rent and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the full amount is not paid by November 29, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
