Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on January 18, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $11,590.00 in rent arrears, less any amount paid after the application was filed, plus $48.82 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 9, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 19, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
