What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2022. The Tenant must pay $10,653.20 in rent arrears and filing fees, plus $37.15 per day from September 9, 2022, until move-out. Eviction can be enforced from January 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
