The ruling
The Landlord is granted an extension of time until July 31, 2024 to pay the compensation of $2,800 to the Tenant. If the Landlord pays the compensation by July 31, 2024, an order terminating the tenancy and requiring the Tenant to move out by August 31, 2024 will be issued.
