The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2020, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant must pay $1,172.16 in March 2020 rent by March 20, 2020. The last month's rent deposit of $1,249.60 will be applied to April 2020 rent. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for eviction, and the Tenant must pay $41.08 per day in compensation.
