The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,986.00 to the Landlord or Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $4,061.24 for rent arrears and compensation up to March 4, 2022, plus $26.30 per day from March 5, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If not paid by March 15, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from March 16, 2022.
