What happened

The Tenants filed a motion to set aside an eviction order because they had paid the amount required to void the order before it was enforced. The parties agreed that the Tenants had paid the required amount, but the Landlord had incurred non-refundable enforcement costs that the Tenants agreed to reimburse.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay $330.00 to the LTB by November 1, 2022 to reimburse the Landlord for the non-refundable enforcement costs. If the Tenants pay this amount, the eviction order will be void. If they do not pay, the eviction order will become enforceable.
