What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on April 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $9,486 by March 31, 2023 or $11,786 by April 30, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay $5,925.48 to the Landlords, plus daily compensation of $75.62 starting March 14, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
