The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant $4,550 for the damaged and missing items, as well as $48 for the cost of filing the application. If the Landlord does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2021, he will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
