What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $25,052.83 to void the order and continue the tenancy by April 8, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the amount required to void the order, the Tenant must move out by April 8, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $21,945.19 plus daily compensation of $163.56 per day starting March 21, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
