What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's wilful or negligent damage to the rental unit or residential complex, and Tenant's behavior substantially interfering with other tenants' or the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex and/or lawful rights, privileges, or interests.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting April 1, 2022.
