What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques. The matter was previously heard and orders were issued, but the Tenants requested a review.

The Landlord abused the Board's processes and improperly induced the Tenant to abandon her review. The review will be granted, and the matter will be heard de novo.
