What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenant because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit, and to evict the Unauthorized Occupants. The Landlord also applied for compensation for the use of the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective January 1, 2020. The Unauthorized Occupants shall move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by May 31, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Unauthorized Occupants shall pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application.
