The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 7, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,311 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $72.33 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 18, 2022, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
