What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord, Leonardo Dino Biondo, requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Tenant challenged the Landlord's good faith intention to move into the unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting March 1, 2022.
