The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $36,370.62 plus $72.33 per day starting October 21, 2023 until the Tenants vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 31, 2023, they will start owing interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
