The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2023. The Tenant must pay $11,000 to the Landlord by March 1, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by March 1, 2023, the Tenant must pay $49.32 per day in compensation to the Landlord. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 1, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
