What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by January 27, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $15,431.21 (less any amounts paid after the application was filed) and $44.91 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
