What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,675.00 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $16.44 per day in compensation for use of the unit from February 5, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
