The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $18,987.80, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and NSF cheque charges, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 16, 2021, the Tenant will owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
