What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior, including failure to properly dispose of garbage, excessive noise, smoking, and drinking, which substantially interfered with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and lawful rights.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 25, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 25, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
