What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant causing undue damage, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and permitting more people to reside in the unit than allowed by health, safety or housing standards.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant reduces the number of occupants to three and removes all personal items from the common areas by January 15, 2022. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
