What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant has substantially interfered with the Landlord's lawful rights, privileges or interests by attaching an antenna to his mobile home, which is contrary to the established rules and regulations of the Land Lease Community.
The ruling
The Landlord's request for eviction is denied, provided that the Tenant removes the antenna from the roof of his mobile home by December 1, 2021. If the Tenant fails to remove the antenna by the required date, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186.00, the cost to file the application, by December 31, 2021.
