The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,958.72, which includes rent arrears up to December 1, 2021 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $29.91 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting December 2, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
