What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant was terminated as of August 27, 2020. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $45.00 for the cost of filing the application.
