What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and because the Landlord intends to demolish the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 8, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting November 9, 2021.
