What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenants' repeated failure to prepare the rental unit for pest control treatment, which substantially interferes with the Landlord's lawful rights. The ruling

The Board issued a conditional order requiring Tenants to prepare the rental unit for pest control treatment from March 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023. If Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction without notice. Tenants must pay $186.00 for application filing costs by March 30, 2022.
