What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2023. The Tenants shall continue to pay rent in full and on time until they vacate. The rental unit shall be left in broom swept condition, and the Tenants shall return the keys upon vacating. If the Tenants vacate mid-period, the Landlord will reimburse a prorated amount.
