What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, Tenants must move out by November 4, 2022, and pay $18,421.40 plus $68.71 per day from September 29, 2022, until they move out. If not paid by November 4, 2022, interest will accrue at 4% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 5, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
