What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had paid all arrears for the period ending March 31, 2021 after the application was filed, so the order was limited to costs only and not eviction.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord's cost of filing the application in installments. If the Tenant fails to make one of the payments, the balance outstanding will come due and interest will start to accrue.
