What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $154.79, which includes rent arrears up to October 12, 2021, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. The Tenant must also pay $3.58 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting October 13, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 23, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest, and the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. If the Tenant pays $404.00 by October 23, 2021, the eviction order will be void.
