What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order SOL-20466-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,583.91, plus $55.89 per day starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
