What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced starting November 1, 2021.
