What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,212.82 in rent arrears, $125 in NSF cheque charges, and $201 in application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 30, 2021, they will owe 2% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting October 31, 2021.
