What happened

Landlords applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant alleged that the Landlords' application was invalid because it was with respect to two separate rental units, and that she had reached a settlement agreement with the Landlords.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlords $5,200.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 18, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
