The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,780.75 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $13.15 per day starting October 14, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant pays $4,186 on or before October 24, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
