What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties had previously reached a mediated settlement agreement, but the Tenant did not comply with the terms of the agreement, so the Landlord requested to re-open the application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,456.69 by March 11, 2021 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
