The tenancy is terminated effective October 30, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $8,590.95 plus $64.11 per day starting October 20, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 30, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
