What happened

The ruling

The application was discontinued. The Tenants shall pay the lawful monthly rent to the Landlord in full on or before the first day of each month for the next 12 months, from June 1, 2021 to May 1, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant will pay the outstanding file fee of $190.00 on or before May 31, 2021.
