What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,882.21, plus $46.03 per day starting February 19, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 1, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting March 2, 2022.
