What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $17,471.54 by March 15, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 15, 2023, and pay $13,976.94 plus $33.48 per day from January 19, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 16, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
