What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to Tenants' failure to meet a condition specified in a mediated settlement issued by the Board on October 4, 2019 with respect to a previous application (SWL-35196-19). The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order, but did not appear at the hearing to support the motion.

The ruling

The motion to set aside order SWL-40396-20, issued on January 22, 2020, is denied. The stay of order SWL-40396-20 is lifted immediately.
