What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant had allegedly continued to yell at and threaten other tenants, in breach of the settlement agreement.

The motion to set aside the previous order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant was denied. The stay of the previous order was lifted immediately.
